Pretest a small, inconspicuous area before proceeding.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Do not saturate &amp; DO NOT USE WATER.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pile Fabrics\u00a0may require brushing with a non-metallic, soft bristle brush to restore appearance.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cushion covers should not be removed\u00a0and dry-cleaned.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To prevent overall soiling, frequent vacuuming or light brushing with a non-metallic, soft bristle brush to\u00a0remove dust and grime is recommended.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When cleaning a spill, blot immediately to remove spilled material. Evenly clean\u00a0the entire panel in a seam to seam fashion. Do not clean just the spots or stains.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We highly recommend having your\u00a0upholstery professionally cleaned. All other methods of cleaning could void the manufacturer\u2019s warranty.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"table_of_content_heading_1708310364959_93\">FEATHER AND DOWN CUSHIONS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To keep your feather and down cushions looking their best and to give you maximum comfort, it is essential that they be&nbsp;maintained and \u201cfluffed\u201d regularly.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We recommend that you drop the cushion on its border (the narrow side) and repeat\u00a0this on all four sides. This separates and adds air back into the feathers.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>This process will keep your down and feathers from\u00a0becoming compressed, while maintaining the look and luxury of feather blends.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"table_of_content_heading_1708310364960_94\">SOLID WOOD &amp; OTHER WOOD PRODUCTS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Our Wood collections often have lacquered or melamine surfaces and can mostly tolerate the heat from coffee cups and dinner plates, however, they cannot tolerate greater temperatures from dishes heated on the stove-top or in conventional or microwave ovens.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The lacquer or melamine is also water-resistant, however cannot tolerate\u00a0excessive quantities of liquid.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dry any spills immediately and polish the surface, otherwise liquid may seep through the\u00a0surface and cause irreparable damage.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your solid wood furniture is a natural product and may expand and contract\u00a0due to varying temperature conditions. Remove ordinary household dust with a soft, clean cloth, wiping with the grain.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If\u00a0using a furniture dusting-aid product, make sure to follow the manufacturer\u2019s directions on the product.<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"table_of_content_heading_1708310364960_95\">STAINLESS STEEL<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Stainless Steel does not stain, corrode or rust as easily as ordinary steel, however, it is not actually stain or rustproof.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In\u00a0extreme coastal locations or if the Steel is regularly subjected to water or high humidity, brown discolouration (tea staining)\u00a0can appear on the surface of products.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tea staining can normally be removed with mild abrasive cleaner and warm\u00a0soapy water.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"table_of_content_heading_1708310364961_96\">NICKEL, BRASS, COPPER, PEWTER AND SILVER<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Keep metal dry to prevent tarnishing, which can dull or destroy the surface.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Avoid using abrasive cleaners that can scratch\u00a0and dull metal surfaces.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rub the metal with straight back-and-forth motions, rather than in circles, to help maintain a\u00a0uniform appearance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Apply metal cleaner with a clean, soft, lint-free cloth and prevent undiluted liquid dish-washing\u00a0detergents from coming into direct contact with metal as it can damage the finish.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"table_of_content_heading_1708310364961_97\">IRON AND BRONZE<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Iron and bronze pieces just need an occasional wax. However, in high traffic areas or areas that are exposed to abnormal\u00a0interior humidity, iron may require more frequent maintenance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"table_of_content_heading_1708310364962_98\">STONE<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Marble, Travertine, Granite, Limestone, Quartz and Cement Stone are very delicate and must be cleaned with&nbsp;neutral, gentle cleaners.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Acids, even the mild acid in vinegar, will dissolve the finish and permanently etch the surface.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Some stones are very porous and, therefore, may absorb liquid spills. If liquid spills do occur, wipe it dry as soon as possible\u00a0by blotting dry with a clean cloth.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The best method for cleaning the Stone is to wet a clean cloth with lukewarm water to\u00a0wipe the surface, and to remove any marks.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can use a very mild detergent to remove any tricky stains, but try and\u00a0limit to once every few months.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Do not place glasses directly on stone, and always use a dry cloth to dry and shine the stone to prevent liquids from getting into the stone core.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"table_of_content_heading_1708310364963_99\">SHELL AND PIECED AGATE<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Shell is a natural product.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>It is essential to keep away from direct sunlight, strong sources of heat or very dry atmospheres.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Avoid using strong abrasives or alcohol to polish the shell, as this will destroy its natural colour.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To clean your shell surface,\u00a0simply wipe down occasionally with a clean, slightly damp cloth, and then blot dry.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"table_of_content_heading_1708310364963_100\">GLASS\/MIRRORED GLASS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Glass and\/or mirrored surfaces require low maintenance.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A weekly wipe with a slightly damp cloth is sufficient.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Objects\u00a0placed on Glass or Mirrored Glass should always have a felt protector applied to the underside of the item so as not to\u00a0scratch the surface.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Further, items placed on the Glass should be the correct weight for the Glass thickness and distance\u00a0spanned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"table_of_content_heading_1708310364964_101\">RESIN AND ACRYLIC<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Resin and Acrylic are both synthetic materials that can easily scratch and mark.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Avoid placing sharp objects on their\u00a0surfaces.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Certain solvents can damage Resin and Acrylic, so it is best to keep your furniture away from harsh chemicals.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To clean your furniture, use a mild detergent in lukewarm water with a clean soft cloth to wipe the surface down.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Always\u00a0rinse the detergent off the surface with a new clean cloth.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once the surface has been appropriately cleaned, dry the\u00a0surface by blotting with a clean soft cloth.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For Acrylic, use a soft cloth and non-abrasive cleaner formulated specifically\u00a0for Acrylic surfaces.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"table_of_content_heading_1708310364965_102\">RATTAN<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Rattan is a natural product.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Vacuum or wipe down with a cloth regularly to remove dust.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clean stains with a damp cloth and a\u00a0drop of mild soap and water.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Always make sure the rattan is dry and use boiled linseed oil to condition the rattan.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If there is mildew present, mix a solution of equal parts chlorine bleach and water. Wear protective gloves and dip a soft\u00a0cloth in the bleach solution and apply to the area.
